Ministry Teams: Organize and supervise various ministry teams (Grace Kids, Sunday set-up, ushers, etc.).
Mercy Ministry: Direct our corporate response to all benevolence needs as they arise, to illnesses that move beyond the scope and ability of an individual care group to manage, and to deaths within the church family.
Land and Facility: Manage all present and future facility needs, organize the development of our land, and continue preparing for the time when we move forward with construction.
Administration: Administrate our web and blog presence, run our special events, and supervise various behind-the-scenes administrative functions.

Singles: Lead the ministry and develop a ministry team.
CrossCurrent: Lead the ministry and develop a ministry team.
Care Group: Oversee all care groups and provide care for their leaders and families.
Potential Members: Guide our new initiatives with visitors (follow-up, counseling, luncheons, and new member classes).
Jim
Sunday Morning: Oversee all things related to Sunday morning, including the teaching diet, music, etc.
Leadership Development: Lead our initiatives in developing current and potential leaders, including training care group leaders, assessing and equipping potential care group leaders and pastors, and overseeing our men's and women's (through Corri) ministry.
Planning and Finances: Provide direction and oversight to our church calendar and budget.
Sovereign Grace Ministries: Continue to serve our partnership with Sovereign Grace Ministries.
